Ing. Tomáš Kouba
Web Project Lead
Tomas is a visionary, who leads our projects from the beginning to their successful end. Starting his career as a web designer and later graduating from web engineering at CVUT, he`s our jack of all trades, who also teaches courses of online marketing in his spare time. He loves preparing frappé for the team - which only takes him 45 secs! And when he doesn't take care of his clients, you will find him outdoors riding his mountain bike or skiing down the slopes.
Mgr. Vít Karafiát
Project manager
He cares for the success of our clients and is responsible for ensuring that new projects are completed to the required quality, time and cost. Like a true early bird, he also flies in his spare time, just on a paraglider. He doesn't disdain any terrestrial outdoor activity either.
Ing. Tereza Kovářová
Office manager
Tereza with her variety of skills and responsibilities makes the company run like a well oiled machine. She takes care of the office one day, of our clients another day and of her horses and family farm the third day.
Bc. Miroslav Škrabal
Lead designer
Drawing with one hand, coding with the other - he will ensure that your web sites are attractive and user-friendly. His work ranges from logo design and wireframes to coding responsive designs in both HTML5 and CSS3. He is also a frontman of a local rock band.
Miroslav Lavička
Marketing Specialist
Miroslav`s main focus is to bring customers to our client`s websites, be it be it through their optimization for search engines (SEO) or pay per click advertising (PPC). Besides digital marketing, he organizes summer, outdoor cinema in Cerna v Posumavi. But when the temperature drops, he exchanges his keyboard for a snowboard and surfs on the snow.
MgA. Vojtěch Voborník
Designer
Vojta has pursued design since his studies at a secondary art school. He finishied his design studies at university in Brno, then in Pilsen. After his work experience in top Czech design agencies and small companies as well, he found his place at Net Magnet. Vojta designs thought through and aesthetically pleasing corporate identities, prototypes and websites. Other than that, he loves to travel, for example to a family on New Zealand.
Marek Hajer
CTO
Full stack programmer and our chief developer. This badminton player does not know what fear is - he has been assigned to the most challenging tasks that he always finished before the deadline. His passion for coding is well compensated by having a good drink or listening to hard music.
Jiří Pahorecký
Developer
Jirka writes code that just works. Tirelessly and sometimes till late evening. He recharges his batteries with an interesting lecture, a bike rike or an online match.
Radovan Lust
Developer
If we have someone who does tons of work but can't bee seen, it's Radek. He maintains most of our clients' websites and builds new websites especially on Wordpress. Even his hobby can't be seen since he composes music.
